it does not mean massive dilution is coming; the same dilution we are aware of is coming no matter what. the rest of the 2 million iliad note; the 750k iliad note; canx acquisition done; 2013 stock compensation plan and milestones for cvsi-007. they clearly state that they are not aware of more dilution but that they will need more money to fund cvsi-007 clinical trials but they DO NOT need money for the consumer division at all.

yes its a stated goal for the last few years to uplist so clearly they want to uplist and they didnt think they would need to do it but they do need to reverse split to do it.
