I had not considered this angle. It's kind of intuitive when you say it, but it hadn't occurred to me.

I agree that itself is a pretty big deal.

Because if kmi were done with this penny stock, they're not going to let their natgas COO join the board and sit on the audit committee for 3 years.

Some further substantiation of this point would be really welcome. Sorry if this is a simplistic request. Just want to be very confident of it.
