FWIW, I just saw a Form 4 filing that one of the Directors, Pery Yeshayahu , exercised a right to acquire 2277 units. The note appended said the units were restricted, and the cost per unit was $0.00........presumably a bit of deferred compensation.

I'd rather see a Director acquiring units as opposed to selling them.
