I don't see it that way. If we were misinformed and thought it was a scam it would be a no bid stock.
And if we were misinformed and thought DuPont was buying us out the PPS would be in the dollars.

But we all know this is a start up with no income that relies on shareholders to finance the business. If it works we stand to gain and if it fails we will lose.

So it's .06 to acknowledge it's risk/reward ratio
