More importantly, what billionaire is going to screw over a bunch of penny shareholders over ~$500k? My guess is that small amount of money isn't worth the embarrassment of facing your fellow billionaires at the country club.

Further, what billionaire would even screw with a penny stock unless he intends to develop it from a penny stock ;)
