Also, notice how CSTI stays at .0085 resistance when there are asks below him. Diluters move with retail. This MM moves back to resistance when retail asks go below .0085. It's a computer algorithm. .0085 is resistance on the chart and the MM is trying to hold the point. If we break it we will break .01
