I'd tend to agree with you and thought the same thing when I first got here in the low .002's. I brought it up and someone posted it's been that way since the trips. I can't confirm that, but I can confirm it's been that way the entire time I've been in. They're also doing the same thing with the bids which I'm not accustomed to seeing...Is that dilution too?
