May i respectfully suggest again that you are thinking about this with too short a time frame.
If you are going to play the near term flux in PPS, then you are competing with the big guys.
They have superior research , inside info we never see, the highly paid analists who actually have some predictive validity and whose results we never see, the brightest quants money can hire, massive and sophisticated computer research systems that are very strongly connected to the exchanges, and under the table influence we don't have the faintest chance at.
Going up against that, is a fool's game and the reason most traders lose money in the long run.
As small guys the only thing we have going for us is that we don't have to turning spiffy results every quarter.
We can think longer term and they can't by in large.
