Addendum:
The only thing I'm fairly certain of after sleeping on it is that I got that info on a phone call when I got a call back from a lawyer after I called someone asking a question . He was very polite and very patient and said if I had any other questions I should feel free to call him again . He asked if I wanted his contact info and I told him it wasn't necessary since I could probably look it up on line if I needed to . Now I wish I'd written it down, just so I could be more specific. Sorry.
