the concern here is that the other 89% of the shareholders out there don't care won't vote like in most ballot elections because they don't know the issues or believe they can make the voting difference - that is what management is counting on to stay in charge


BOX management needs to play by the rules have a level playing field not put their own affiliates interests ahead and use shareholders as the funding stream for their own self dealings and own interests

that is what we are voting against here
