It was in 2009. I forgot the name of the ticker but It was one related to Oil from algae. This stock was at NO BID for years and had maxed out its OS = AS = 5 Billion. When the stocked emerged I remember its PPS reached 0.0032 September 29 2009 That was the day of my birthday so I took profits and everybody else too since it went back to 0.0015. Days after News of R/S shocked the market so it ended up to 0.0004. The day It traded after R/S the Bid was as low as 0.0002 or 0.02 with the new conversion rate. Days later it reached 0.15. The main reason of the PPS recovery was due to the thoughtfully plan presented. At the end... months later the CEO sold out the company...

So if there is a good expectation of a Company's Overall plan then SMALL OS plus Exponential Profits = PPS >>>> to the Moon
