Issuer is presently operating in facilities provided under a rental agreement with New Wave Holdings, Inc. in which rent will be charged at the rate of $10,000 per month plus utilities while the Company completes its’ transition into a
compounding laboratory, at which time the primary operations will be relocated and new lease agreements will be
entered into, due to the nature of this agreement, the terms may be subject to change at any time and without notice.
