A 6:1 RS wont be that damaging, it's the easiest and quickest way they can fix the share structure. Any talk of a share buyback is nuts as they have no money and even if they did it still would be stupid when you can just RS. If the company is so confident then prices will rise. Heck we got a 50% cut in a few days here so why is everyone worried about a markets perception. OTC is by nature volatile.
