I believe one benefit over Televancin - maybe two:
- B is effective against active and inactive/dormant bacteria. (Not sure if inactive is the correct term). Most other antibiotics are only effective against active bacteria.

- B is a FIRST IN CLASS antibiotic. Televancin is a semi-synthetic derivative of vancomycin. Which means - no resistance for B but growing resistance for Televancin.

Winner by a full 1/8 of a furlong. BRILACIDIN.
