Wow James I just checked out the ADRO filing. That low of a strike price essentially makes the award an RSU rather than an option. So both ADRO management and ADXS managmemt are giving themselves RSUs not tied to shareholder value. No wonder both stocks are down so much. But I agree on one thing at least our management has not sold any of their shares, which is a very bullish signal for ADXS.
