So, who did they pay $952,427 in cash to if they are paying everyone in shares? From the 10K:

Major items within expenses paid in cash for years ended December 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015 included: (i) payroll of $952,427 versus $796,290

The reality of it is people accepting shares in lieu of cash compensation is a huge endorsement to their faith in the company.

The restrictive nature of resales for execs taking shares speaks volumes to their commitment to KRED. Why would anyone accept shares instead of cash in a company they felt the share price wouldnt be significantly higher or whose future was dim? lol

How many people do you know willing to forego their salary in hopes of cashing out "down the road" off the success of their company??

Kid stuff... but thanks for allowing me to make the above point. It's good for investors to put in perspective how management views their potential for success, not by their words but by putting their own $$$ on the line!!
