are they even aware how much financial pain theyre causing to others

but then again most blame should be on nasdaq and sec for allowing this charade to happen

drys , 5 reverse splits in 1 year , it would take what , 5 minutes to change that stupid rule and it would save lots of american people from being scammed by someone from another country that nobody even knows theyre whereabouts
