Building a company is a little like going to war. No one is going to look out for PBLS other than PBLS itself. The 750 million cookie jar unissued common shares are extra ammunition.
I also think they are most likely just sitting there and giving PBLS management another option if needed.
It would help the pps today if this issue were resolved but by holding may be the ingerdient needed to make the next deal.

I guess we need to remember....... Buy, buy and buy more is the theme.
