where is the $2.5-Mil. in requisite LOI funding AMBS is charged with obtaining?

are they unable to attain this, plus other timely milestone requirements in the LOI?

if so, has this caused SeD to distance themselves from the negotiations by deleting AMBS's name from SeD's website

or the fact that 2 of the 3 selected and newly appointed BOD's have resign - without notice?

you simply can't make this stuff up...
