Cannabis Biosciences was able to obtain a license in Uraguay a few years back, articles we're written about them and a University researching Cannabis for medical purposes, the new CEO or MO of TXTM held the same title in Plandai. Uraguay or any country will not grant license or else you are qualified. S. Africa legislation and processes take time but Im sure Plandai and Mr. Duffield is in good standing and they will ultimately obtain a license and be able to put their technology and research to good uses.
