Morningstar may have upgraded from 3 stars to 4 stars because they caught wind that Ceo Rick wants to bring on a proper BOD.

With any proper BOD they will fire Rick ASAP, bring in a proper CEO that can put in more than a few hours a week and then maybe this company can accomplish something....anything!

That's my guess!


A new 4 star rating from Morningstar for PTOI, up from 3 stars recently.

Any ideas why that would be??
