Sure hope he reported this to the IRS and California Dept. of revenue, and to their child support enforcement division.
I really think that payments should have gone to Hop-On, but I guess he wanted the cash all to himself. SFIV's president is a former Hop-On employee, so it all could be a tangled web.
Apparently the Hop-On CEO still has the over $100K fraud judgment, among other things keeping him from allowing any significant cash to show up in his/Hop-On's bank accounts.
