I walked away from this one again ...but can't remember why exactly ....what that trigger was that did it for me ...... but probably the CEO

I watched it this morning and saw they had reported ...the market liked it pre-market but my gut was thinking what you just said....

The guy can't be trusted when it comes to capital raise....expect another one soon

Thinking about just staying away from capital raising companies that do it for no apparent reason

For instance C A R A is one that did a capital raise at 18.00 but it should carry them into 2019 ... and of course being bio ... no revenue but just using as an example of capital raise for a reason vs. capital raise for no reason.
