SOUM. What is the hold up? Long investors here already know that we are screwed on stock value as a result of the r/s, why not implement it? Get it over with...with the assumption that the company has some plan for a future.

The future is our only hope now given we have to start all over again with such reduced value. A FUTURE (if it exists) would connote some company viability. Actual operations would be nice -- that may generate revenue, have a potential for growth. Something that can offer the investor some recourse, over an extended period of time, to recoup some of their losses.

Let's get on with it, will ya!!!
