I can't pretend to know where the bottom is. I have made an educated guess as to why the PPS is falling (Stop sign and associated incorrect information in submitted docs. Throw in quarterly due today and whether it's late.)

So, getting in as soon as Stop is removed means I won't be at absolute bottom, but it does mean the negative stress is over and the chances of a a long run are much greater.
