bbotc, re EZM...Perhaps I misunderstood your comment but EZM is certainly not trading at a 50% premium to LUN in the merger offer, particularly now that LUN is also now up nicely today.

Latest price LUN= 34.49x.0952=$3.28 Can=$2.97 US

That is about a 2% premium.
