What's new? Serious question

I haven't been on this board, nor read much news over the last 60 days (since $12 roughly) but have obviously watched the price melt.

Can someone summarize reasons, both real and supposed - for me. I'd appreciate it.

It is just profit taking?
Did quarterly results miss?
Problems with gov't process?
How's the international business going (Australia, Germany), did it flounder?

i live in TX and don't get much exposure to CDN news
