The real facts are

GBSN LOSES MILLIONS every quarter.

GBSN has to make up for those losses by continuing to borrow money.

GBSN MASSIVELY DILUTES ITS STOCK continuously throwing its shareholders under the bus by doing so.

1.10 IS FAR FAR FROM A FLOOR.

When the MASSIVE DILUTION kicks in current stockholders lose instantly their percentage of ownership.

GBSN has a VERY BROKEN BUSINESS MODEL.
