Let's just look at a few facts:

Ram chose to have manufacturing in China knowing full well that EVERY year they would celebrate the New Year. As we do here, and as most, if not all, countries do. After 23 years of dropping the ball, he's found the most amusing excuse for failure that I've ever heard. Ever hear another CEO blame results of a bad quarter on New Year's?

Ram chose to sell in basically Third World countries, where a sale for cash is probably not as common as a phone sale going on layaway (payments). And these are not expensive phones.

I don't have time to list all of the other ways in which Ram seems to be sabotaging his own enterprise.

The stock is down @ 34% in the seven years since Bumbling Barney LoForti was brought on as his deputy.
