The ADXS approach is not comparable in any reasonable way to CAR-T cell therapy. It is not useful to compare them, as they're approaching totally different disease settings with totally different strategies.

The striking efficacy has gotten CAR-T cell therapy the much-deserved attention it's gotten. AXAL has not (yet) demonstrated something so striking.
