The FREQUENCY & AMOUNT of our CEO's buying has increased exponentially since March. ENDV's 1st clincal trial of the heart was done in Q1 & the results were due out end of Q1. Since that time the FREQUENCY & AMOUNT of our CEO's buying has increased exponentially ( logic dictates because results were very good and that applications were sent to the FDA then to get Orphan drug status etc...CEO has been waiting to hear from FDA first before shareholders get news of results together with FDA news )
He had a conditional stock option program setup with certain criteria ahead of time where he could exercise or not his option to buy & sell stock under certain peramiters.
