They had two choices close the shares of VRDT or LTHU They had to take the road where the most assets were. This man Driftmier had 500,000 shares of VRDT . His name came off the BOD after they canceled the shares... So My guess as he is now back on the BOD is they have a deal outlined to with him to recover those shares when the dust settles.
