Thanks very much. I also thought he should merge the two, but someone said "never happen", due to Paragon debt. It would add liquidity to BOX and reduce Paragon debt per share.
I'm down 10.5K so, I feel your pain.

With 1 exception only, and it may be temporary (holding value at par/gain), I have never seen an RS that didn't rob shareholders of 90-99% of the pre-RS share value. Even PRGNF does not have that high liquidity in daily volume, and I tend to feel that diluting further - but in tandem with announced debt reduction - would be better strategy to regain pps than an RS. I also do not believe that shafting shareholders with an RS to lure institutional investment is a good strategy. Financial instruments of mass destruction is manipulating Pps to $10 or above (to lure institutional investment), then the price falls below $10 and those with margin accounts get mangled in the machinery of the brokerages changing the margin requirements. I'd rather see this on OTCBB than NASDAQ. It's not got the market value or liquidity for the latter any time soon.
