On the last financials just filed the debt from the notes totalled $977,000 owed. How many shares is that to pay off? Unless the company pays off these notes, all 10 billion shares has to be issued and then they will have to either R\S the stock or increase the authorized to pay the rest off. Take $977k and divide it by .00005 and the number is staggering. IMHO
