I was talking to some friends to get their feedback on the restaurant's services. I was actually quite surprised by the response. Here I am thinking that what makes Hibachi special is the experience/show of having a chef cook in front of you. Two people stated "ya know sometimes Id just like Hibachi without having to sit there for over an hour".

Plus, theres been a trend in noodle bars and ramen bars opening up here in Florida. I have a feeling that this could be the next craze.

Ill probably be going down in two weeks or so. For the time being, does anyone know if this is a sit and waiter take your order type setup or do you order at the front and the food is just run to you (kinda like a burgerfi).
