Malls had gotten too big, too much walking is required; if you are disabled this can be a big bummer. Plus, I hate the crowds, the parking usually sucks too. It might be worth it all if old style customer service was involved; usually it is not.
I now save gas once spent on running around, I don't have to worry about getting to my point of purchase and worry about getting out if I have had trouble along the way - which has happened to me more than once.
Another plus that I like about cyber shopping is I can spend a lot more time researching my selections and of course price comparison is much greater.
I for one enjoy the online sales industry and have found money saving and much more enjoyable, it is one of the few modern day things I truly appreciate.
