ihorchu, If you recall any of my previous posts, I asked the same question for at least the last year. My opinion is that they were laundering the money through shell corps like the lube company and a couple of others that are also being sued and investigated by the lawyers involved. The SEC should be measuring these crooks up for striped suits. Instead they just allow them to move on like Matthew Worrall and open up another corrupt company. The SEC is a total waste of taxpayers money and I hope Trump when he becomes aware of whats going on with his new commissioner, maybe then we will get some action. Right now the crooks have NO FEAR at all.
The SEC needs to be eliminated period. All the gov needs to do is hire a bunch of FBI agents accompanied by a top notch accountant.
Each FBI agent should be accompanied by a accountant and go after these crooks and put them away for a minimum of TEN YEARS.
I plan on writing the new SEC commissioner a nice long letter about what is going on in this corrupt Penny Stock Swamp.
