I think many have lost sight of the real ramifications InVentive loses this case or even settles it, a loss or settle opens Pandora's Box for them and everyone else providing the same services. What they've been accustom doing in the past will have to change and that will come at a cost as well as more cases could and likely would be brought up against them if they lose. They will fight this to the bitter end that's a fact! I believe if they settle it will be for more than what many expect and it will be hush, hush and completely undisclosed.
