On 4/4 it hit .0082 on 4/13 it hit .0295 on 1,062,000 1 day vol (+350%) with no news . It has yet to file its 10k (due march 31) . However I have been in contact with the company via FB PM and they assure me they are in contact with Otc markets. Fri they filed an 8k: On May 3, 2017, the Company amended one May 5, 2015 9% Convertible Promissory Note with a principal amount of $275,000 as follows: the maturity date was extended to July 7, 2017 and in the event the borrower completes an asset sale or capital raise of more than $275,000, then the Notes shall automatically immediately become due and payable. ****************************************************************** Here is my FB interaction: APR 9TH, 10:18PM
Hello being a publicly traded company looking foreward to the 10k , any chance we see some press releases in 2017? Last one was in Sept 16 ,,with a market cap of $340,000 when you had 6M in revs last year seems SMS seems extremely undervalued ! Thank You

Hello , i have to say I am getting nervous on the length of time the 10k is taking we are already into may im not sure what i should do the company could be suspended any day from OTC Im just beside myself :0 I hope everything is allright

Hi Greg, we are in communication with the OTC and not at risk of suspension. We're working daily with our auditors to finalize and file the K. I assure you, it's just taking a bit longer.
