PTSC will get very little if anything out of those companies they are attacking as the tiny HTC settlement proved even if they somehow eventually win. The "win" would take many many years as it would be appealed. PTSCs situation is hopeless but I expect the current district court judge will simply take the appeals courts opinion that the case cannot be won due to the minor modification in the claims construction and grant the coming defendants motion to dismiss. They want this troll finished end of story and the appeals court gave the district court judge the green light to end it. Sorry for your loss. In my opinion.
