Thanks for your reply. All they said was the parent is a shareholder of the subsidiary. Duh! We knew that. That's what makes them the parent. They own a majority interest in the sub.

They still have NOT explained the details of this supposed consolidation, nor how the sub will benefit by the supposed $330 mil in assets owned by the parent.

They still have NOT explained what the "mistake" was that triggered their AS to increase from 2 billion to 5 billion shares. Nor have they provided a timeline when they intend to correct it with the Wyoming Secretary of State office
