If the weather is bad again, they could lose the other half. It's a huge risk to loan money to someone who will go bankrupt if it rains. If they run out of money they won't able to complete projects, obviously. This is the exact same issue that RGSE had right before they diluted the stock into oblivion. Go check out what people were saying about their backlog and what it meant in the first half of 2015. I will say that the new management appears to be much credible on the surface, but so far it's just words.
