There are three possibilities at the delisting hearing on June 1:
- stay on NASD and R/S
- delist
- delist and R/S

The fourth is a stay of execution, but not likely since the stock traded over $1 for only one day, and the company acknowledges they need new financing (higher risk, without certainty of reward).
