market cap ;) o/s times the pps - 1.1 billion times 3 cents holds no relevance to me on the companies true value. The acquired 3rd party patent & going after apple and such is a scamsters play. Just if they win in court - in 2018/19/20? sometime... just maybe then your company will be worth $cash. but the ss is trash and r/s is near imo./


technicals are - 1.08 billion share o/s and climbing each week as your company has zero revenue and 32 mill in deficit with toxic notes and debt conversions hitting the public left and right. good luck with all that and the reverse split that's coming no doubt 1,300,000,000 shares pretty much all out, no revs, no real news coming for years

GREAT - if u still do not understand the 500 mil. NNSR used to act as their own transfer agent per the otc markets. So when the new CEO took over he had 500 million shares he is retiring.
