Yep, as I suspected there was another 8940 T-trade, I'm not entirely sure what it occurring, but it's definitely a trade between MM's, shortly before close, and it causes the ask to move quite a bit higher.

Only 5 trading days since this kicked off and DLNY has been bringing the bid and ask up quickly on very low volume. Prob only NITE and iHub has been buying thus far.

Even with this share structure, if the company or IR can manage to bring any buyers at all in this could move pretty well I bet.
