Actually when I bought into this I anticipated 20 billion authorized shares and 10 to 15 billion as our outstanding shares.

I am encouraged to see that they are getting their paperwork filed and we are closer to having the stop sign lifted.

Currently, the market value is only 3.8 million and could easily increase 10x with a single partial contract execution.

Lots of up side and very minimal downside risk at this point.
