BLUF: they are have nothing special going for them. There is nothing unique that they are doing in comparison to any other streaming service. The other ventures are added benefits but again nothing that hasn't been done before. Buy-outs are never a guarantee....just because they are selling out doesn't mean jump in...especially when they have telegraphed it. Here is the other thought: they would have sold if someone was knocking down the door. No one is chomping at the bit....sorry Pandora.
