hey, smallgain for the WIN. i hadn't even thought of this, but by foreclosing, this is how roche gets 100% claim to the shell, which is an asset of RVUE's.
i realize it may seem like a minor detail to some, but it shows why the loan default paves the way for a roche enterprises merger, since that was the investment vehicle (formerly acorn composite corp) used to purchase the stock.
