This is our CEO who posted on a sub satisfactory review. As I stated below. I am so pleased to see this. While the review is less than desirable, this response speaks volumes. How many OTC CEOs (or CEO's in general) do this? Most of the negative reviews consist of staff training/customer service issues. Much easier to address.
