I like Wsra share count was 356 million a few weeks ago. Insiders hold a decent chunk and could be involved with MJ soon. Did I forget to mention they have water rights in Colorado. Do your own DD and I doubt you will find a better .004 stock around. Huge buys at the ask a few weeks ago so it has the ability to run.
